  1. I would like to order an item online, what are the different payment methods available?

For your convenience and security, you may pay using via Paypal or your credit/debit card.

  1. Can I pay via Cash on Delivery?

At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method.

  1. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE for  all countries

  1. How long before I receive my item?

United States - 12 to 20 days

United Kingdom - 12 to 20 days

Everyone other country - 24 to 38 days

  1. Why does it take so long to get my order?

We send you product straight from our supplier, most of the time they are located in Asia.     

  1. I am not happy with my item. Can I return or exchange it?

We are sorry if you are not happy with your purchase! If you wish to return or exchange the item, you may do so within 7 days from receiving your item. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your item, then we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns/exchanges.

Shipping costs for returns are shouldered by the buyer. Please read our policy here.

  1. The item I received is defective or incorrect. What do I do?

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective/damaged. Please contact (Email address here) if you received a defective or incorrect item.

We advise that you carefully check the item immediately before signing for receipt with the courier.
