Our return policy is effective for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you receive the item and it is damaged. We will need a photo of the damaged product be we can process a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items must be shipped to our headquarters in the USA. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for returning. We will then provide you the address to ship the item to.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 30 to 45 days depending on your bank.
Tea Leaf and Coffee Bean reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged, if we suspect the item has been used or if the item is not in the same condition that it was sent to the customer.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from your purchase. Once you have received the shipping confirmation, it will not be possible to cancel your order.
